    Hello Mark Masiak

The move fails because the Virtual Network is in use by Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server and App Services using Regional VNet Integration. Both services create serviceAssociationLinks on the subnets, which do not support cross‑subscription moves or reference updates.

    Azure does not support moving:

VNets or subnets delegated to MySQL Flexible Server

Subnets used by App Service VNet integration

As a result, the resource group or VNet cannot be moved to another subscription.

Supported workaround: Recreate the VNet, App Services, and MySQL Flexible Server in the target subscription and migrate application and database data. There is no in‑place move supported for these resources.

    Thanks,
    Suchitra.
