I received a Azure Monitor Alert and I don't know why

I have received several Azur Monitor email alerts and I don't know why. I don't know what Azure is and I did not consciously subscribe to this service. Further, I can't get rid of it and the telephone number imbedded within the alert just drops after one ring. Does anyone have a similar experience?

    Hello !

This email is not a genuine Microsoft email. Fraudsters abuse the Microsoft Azure notification system to send you an email that includes a fake support phone number. This is the case here. Microsoft will never ask you to call a phone number to solve an unauthorized billing issue.

Real Microsoft/Azure billing notifications will always direct you to sign in to your official account through the Azure website, never by calling a phone number listed in the email.

You can safely delete this email, and report it as junk on Outlook.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

I can accept the answer as posted; but the alert states that there is a sizable payment due which I have not / did not authorize.
