Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Hey Jim, thanks for reaching out. Based on what you’re trying to resolve, here are the supported ways to get help, depending on the startup program involved:
Microsoft for Startups (Founders Hub / Investor Offer)
- Sign in to the https://portal.startups.microsoft.com
- From the dashboard, go to Help & support (or Submit a program support request)
- Submit the form with your issue
- The Microsoft for Startups Concierge team will follow up directly
This path is recommended for program enrollment, benefits, Founders Hub access, and Investor Offer–related questions.
Azure for Startups (Azure Sponsorship / Credits)
- Sign in to the https://portal.azure.com
- Select Help + support > New support request
- Choose Subscription management and select your Azure Sponsorship subscription
- Use this flow for credit redemption, billing, or subscription activation issues
Tenant / Administrative Ownership Issues
If no one in your organization can manage the subscription or tenant, you may need to take administrative ownership of the Entra tenant using the supported process: https://learn.microsoft.com/entra/identity/users/domains-admin-takeover
