- (Optional, advanced) To avoid removing credentials for other Gmail accounts, map them using the identities under the registry key:

- Re-add the Gmail account in Outlook
- Start classic Outlook.
- Go to File > Add Account.
- Enter the Gmail address and follow the sign‑in prompts.
- When the browser sign‑in window appears, ensure the checkbox for Microsoft apps & services is selected so Outlook can access the Gmail account.
- Complete sign‑in and let Outlook finish configuring the mailbox.
After these steps, the Gmail account should add successfully and start syncing again in classic Outlook.
