I have been paying for my 365 basic subscription for over a year and am still getting notices that my 5 GB storage is almost full and that I need to upgrade.

    Hello

Is it Microsoft 365 Basic for personal, or for business?

If it is for business, you need to make sure you access OneDRive using the business username, one that ends with onmicrosoft.com.

If it is for personal, make sure you use the right account. If you do, you need to contact Micorsoft support.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
