I tried to use my word app to type a message, but it said my account had expired. I paid 141.56 in November 2025 for a two-year subscription. This is what's on my credit report Microsoft*Microsoft 365 F425-681-6830 WA. So what the heck is going on. You people need to have a Phone number posted so I can solve this problem So call me at [removed to protect privacy]

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Please sign in here and confirm your subscription is active: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If your subscription shows active/renewed, try refreshing the license on your PC: open any Office app (like Word or Excel), go to File > Account, and click "Update License" to refresh your subscription status.

If issue persists please let me know.

If it is not showing as renewed, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you signed in with the correct Microsoft account used for the purchase?
    2. Do you see any option to Renew or Pay now on that page?
    3. Can you confirm the charge (141.56) matches the account you are signed into?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
