My email is attached to a University I have no connection with. I am not able to delete the directory in Azure which I have no account with

My email is attached to a University I have no connection with. I am not able to delete the directory. I have contacted the university. they say they have deleted a guest account I have no record of. Yet nothing has changed. Can you delete this directory for me? Also I am getting emails from microsoft saying I should be aware someone is trying to bill me for a subscription. I then get an email stating the issue has been resolved. This has been going on all week

Microsoft Entra directory on your behalf; only the owning tenant’s administrators can fully remove your account association, and guest removal can take time to fully propagate even after the university deletes it on their side.
Could you please double check the authenticity of the email you are receiving.
