Can't transcript my official certification from Microsoft. Transcript page is fully empty.

This is the very first time that I try to transcript my official certifications from Microsoft. I got Microsoft Office Specialist on Excel 2013 and Word 2013 in the year 2018. Both certifications are relevant to my personal email.

Although when I try to transcript them to a freelancing website, I couldn't get the Transcript ID and Access Code from official certification from Microsoft (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/). When I reached the Transcript button (https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/transcript) I got only an empty sheet.

By the way, I got my certificates from certiport official site. Both certifications are clearly visible on certiport site too.
