Trying to post comments on MSN. Says I'm not login, join the community. I go through login Microsoft with successful authentication but end up right back at the join the community screen. Used to never be an issue. Nothing changed. Deleted app cache and data, reinstalled MSN app on android. Still stuck in the join the community sign in loop.

MSN article comments and community sign-in are controlled by MSN’s own systems, not by Microsoft Edge or the Android app itself. The sign‑in loop described (successfully authenticating with the Microsoft account but being sent back to “join the community”) is a known type of MSN-side issue that cannot be fixed from the device by clearing cache, reinstalling, or changing browser.

To proceed, use MSN’s built‑in feedback channel so the MSN team can investigate the specific account and sign‑in loop:

    1. Open any MSN page or article where comments normally appear (in the MSN app or a browser).
    2. Scroll to the bottom right of the MSN page and select the Feedback option.
    3. In the feedback form, describe that:
      • Sign‑in with the Microsoft account completes successfully.
      • MSN immediately returns to the Join the community screen and will not recognize the sign‑in.
      • This used to work previously and now fails on Android even after clearing cache/data and reinstalling the app.
    4. Submit the feedback so the MSN team can review and correct the account/community state on their side.

If there are any general Microsoft account sign‑in problems outside MSN (for example, trouble signing into other Microsoft sites), use the standard Microsoft account help and troubleshooting flows referenced below, but the MSN comment/community loop itself must be resolved by MSN via the feedback mechanism.
