Unavailable Microsoft 365 service

I already paid my annual subscription to MS 365 since Nov 2025, and when a I was to use Power Point and Excel both programs are asking me for a new product key that I never received. I need Microsoft Office 365 activated and ready to be used. How you will going to help me this this issue?

Hello !

What exactly do you see on your screen when you launch Office ? You should see an option to sign in to activate Office : that’s the option you need to select.

Using a product key won’t be necessary, especially if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription and have already activated your license.
