Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have access to accounts.
If you cannot find where the second charge went, have you already tried contacting your bank to verify it? It might be a recording error.
Was the charge from the same subscription and for the same amount?
Use this guide to identify what the charge is for: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93
If you can find it, to cancel the subscription and request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Go to https://account.live.com
- Sign in to the account you used to make the purchase.
- Go to Services & Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription you want to cancel, then click Cancel.
- Review the page, and if you're sure you want to proceed, click "I don't want my subscription" to cancel it.
If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.
