Where can I chat with an agent about my gmail account not sending or receiving in Outlook?

To chat with an agent about Gmail not sending or receiving in Outlook, use Microsoft’s in-product or web support options:

1. If using Outlook.com in a browser:
   • Sign in to Outlook.com.
   • Select Help on the menu bar.
   • In the pane that opens, type the issue (for example, “Gmail not sending or receiving”).
   • If the suggested help articles do not resolve the issue, scroll down and select Still need help? and then choose the option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
2. If using Outlook for Windows with a Microsoft account issue (for example, Outlook.com connectivity):
   • Use the Get Help app in Windows (search for “Get Help” in the Start menu) and follow the prompts to connect to Microsoft Support, choosing the Outlook/Outlook.com product path where available.

For Outlook.com and connected accounts like Gmail, also review the guidance in the Outlook.com help articles to verify the account is added correctly and not blocked.
