How do I connect with MS Paint team? I have problems with the latest changes.

When I have a shape that I rotate vertical and then rotate to the right, it does not maintain sharp, clear edges. This has been a problem for a couple years, I think, but only in certain areas. Today it is around the complete shape. Regardless how simple or complex the shape is.

I use MS Paint A LOT. Several hours a day. All for my own personal entertainment. I have spent hundreds of hours, in the past few years, going back, pixel by pixel to correct. With the latest problem, it will take several hours to correct a design that normally would take me about one hour to do, start to finish.
