roblox always not responding

after i dowloaded fortnite on epic games my fortnite and roblox started to not responding everytime i play i already tried uninstalling fortnite and roblox and follow some tutorial and updating my graphics card but its still not responding

To share the System logs, please follow the steps in the link below:

 

Press the Windows key + X, then select "Event Viewer"

Click the drop-down of "Windows logs"

Right-click System > click Filter Current logs > Check: Critical, Warning, and Error > Hit OK

On the right pane, click "Save Filtered Log File As..."

Save the System logs file to your desktop and share it by following the steps from the link:

Roblox and Fortnite not responding after recent installs usually points to either:

• Out-of-date Windows/drivers, or
• A problem with one of the apps or their anti‑cheat components.

Try these steps on Windows 10 in this order:

1. Make sure Windows is fully updated
   1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
   2. Select Check for updates and install everything offered.
   3. Restart the PC and test Roblox/Fortnite again.
2. Update or repair the apps
   1. Uninstall Roblox and Fortnite.
   2. Restart the PC.
   3. Reinstall Roblox and Fortnite from their official launchers only.
   4. If Roblox still freezes, repair/reset it (if installed as a Microsoft Store app):
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
      • Find Roblox, select it > Advanced options > Repair. If that does not help, select Reset.
3. Check for BattlEye/anti‑cheat issues (Fortnite) Older BattlEye components can cause hangs and also block Windows updates.
   1. Make sure Fortnite is fully updated in the Epic Games Launcher.
   2. If issues persist, uninstall BattlEye using the BattlEye uninstall tool from the BattlEye site, then start Fortnite again so it reinstalls a fresh copy.
   3. Restart the PC and test both games.
4. If Windows keeps freezing with games or other apps
   1. Install all available driver and firmware updates from Windows Update and from the PC manufacturer.
   2. Disable unnecessary startup apps:
      • Open Startup settings (or Task Manager > Startup tab) and turn off apps that do not need to start with Windows.
   3. Free up disk space so Windows and games have room to work.

If Roblox or Fortnite still regularly stop responding after all of this, back up important files and consider a Windows “Reset this PC” with “Keep my files” to repair any deeper system corruption.
