I am facing an issue while trying to make payment for a Microsoft certification exam. For the past 5 days, I have been continuously getting the following error message:
"Uh oh! We're unable to process your payment. Please call your card issuer for further details."
To resolve this, I have already tried multiple approaches:
Tried multiple debit/credit cards
Attempted payments using cards from different banks
Ensured that international transactions are enabled on all cards
I contacted Pearson VUE support, and they mentioned that the issue might be from the bank side. However, I checked with my banks, and they confirmed:
There are no restrictions on my cards
International transactions are enabled
No transactions are being blocked
Despite all these checks, I am still unable to complete the payment.
This issue has been ongoing for 5 days now, and I would really appreciate any help or guidance to resolve it.

Hey Bharat, I had a similar issue before. I used Revolut or one of the new online banking apps. Virtual cards seem to go through without any issues. Worth trying!
