overwatch coins are not showing in the redeem section

I got to know about Microsoft rewards through a mutual friend. it is really fun to daily complete tasks and get points. it's been around 1-2 months, and I have planned to redeem overwatch coins. And now it is not showing in the redeem section. I haven't use any automation or any kind of script. so, it's a kind request to see through it and resolve this issue
