Pretty much what the title says, my Microsoft account was hacked august 2025 and I am FIGHTING to get it back, I was told that the people here know what they're doing? So hopefully I can get some good insight, if not its something new i can do to get it back. But anyway, regarding my account, I opened an escalation case for the account on October 2025, (got it locked so the hacker cant do anything to it.) But I still haven't heard back from them. I want to give them some more evidence I have for proof of ownership, but I cant even contact them at all. How can i contact the escalation team? any insight for my stage helps. Thank you.
I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated information like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
If microsoft cant do anything, can I have a 3rd party facilitator help mediate things for me?
The account recovery process is automated, if that process failed, try to find some method like a local Microsoft Support number in your location to contact their support to ask if they are able to recover the account, but honestly, they usually indicate the account is not recoverable.
