Sign in with your Microsoft account on the Order History page here and see if you've been charged for the same order twice:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
If you don't see the duplicate charges in your order history, it is possible you used the same credit on another Microsoft account. Or someone in your family might have used your card.
However, if you see the same order twice in your order history page, you can get in touch with the Microsoft Accounts and billing support to get a refund.
Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.
At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.
Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.
Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
