Azure Sign-in failed Error code: interaction_required Error message: AADSTS5000225

Question

We received a referral code for startups which was activated, however, we can't access the Azure portal. Login fails with the following error message:

Sign-in failed Error code: interaction_required Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle

Startup name: Model Citizens

I created several support tickets which were never answered, so I'm trying this channel.

We urgently require access to the infrastructure for our product deployment.
