pc completely freezes

Hi!

for a while now my pc has the weird habit to completely freeze with games to the point i have to hard reset my pc keep doing it and wait until i have a screen again in logbooks im getting the same errors right before it happens

keeps happening sometimes right away or closing the games or between 10 or 15 min

any advise on what i can do?

if needed i can send more info

    If you are still experiencing black screens, try installing a different version of the driver to find a version that is more stable on your system, the Nvidia driver is the only problem indicated on your system..

    The error trace does not indicate the underlying cause of the problem, please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Please do not upload a very large Memory.dmp file.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

    Hello jered,

    Based on screenshots you provided, it's related to (Secure Boot Certificate) and needs update.

    Steps:

    1. Ensure that your Windows OS Updates are fully installed and up2date.
    2. Update your BIOS/UEFI firmware (motherboard software) & drivers.
    • Search Online of your (Motherboard Model + Model Number).
    • Open Manufacture website look for software drivers related to your motherboard.
    • Download and install them (Especially, BIOS one)

    Ofcourse, download and install the last version.

    Very Important Note: While installing bios update (MAKE SURE THAT YOUR POWER IS ON) - IF DEVICE LOSES POWER DURING THE BIOS UPDAET, YOUR PC WILL BE BROKEN.


    Second Section (Related to Game Freeze):

    • Can you please provide more details about the freeze? or video? like is it drop in FPS or blackscreen?
    • If you have already fresh installed OS (Just make sure that you have updated;
    • OS
    • All Drivers (Especially the graphic/gaming card.
    • Ensure that you have the recommended specs for your games.
    • Scan your PC for malware (just in case).
    • Remove and install the game again.
    • Modify in-game settings.
    • Check the PC Temperature (clean out the PC Case / internal parts / install fresh thermal paste for your CPU).
