The Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus Series mobile processors are specifically designed for Windows 11 with improved performance for gaming...etc., that new group of processors are too new to be listed on the Microsoft list of Windows 11 compatible drivers on their website, but you can be sure any device with that model of processor is fully Windows 11 compatible.

Version 26H1 of Windows 11 is only for ARM based devices with a Snapdragon processor, later this year, 26H2 will be released for Intel and AMD based systems and will be fully compatible with the Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus Series processors.

It is not listed in Windows 11, version 26H1, as per the reference link/URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-26h1-supported-processors

Windows 11, version 25H2 supports Intel processor generations that meet the documented security, reliability, and minimum system requirements. The official list for version 25H2 includes current Intel Core and Core Ultra processor series (for example, Intel Core Processors Series 1 and Series 2, and Intel Core Ultra Processors Series 1–3), and explicitly states that subsequently released and future generations that meet the same principles are considered supported even if not yet listed.

The “Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus Series Mobile Processors” are not named explicitly in the current 25H2 supported-CPU list, but per the Windows 11 processor policy, newly released Intel CPUs that conform to the same design principles are treated as supported without requiring a separate OS upgrade. OEMs must provide modern, Windows 11–compatible DCH drivers for these devices.

Therefore, Windows 11 Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8037) does not require an additional feature upgrade specifically for these processors; support depends on the OEM shipping the device with drivers that meet the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program and DCH requirements.
