Request for Tax Residency Certificate - Tax Year 2026

Dear Microsoft Billing and Tax Support Team,

I am writing to request a Certification of Tax Residence for the Tax Year 2026 for the Microsoft entity for Georgia that issues invoices for my account.

A digital PDF copy of the certificate would be highly appreciated.

In this case, please raise a support ticket directly with the Microsoft Billing support team via your Admin Center. A Certification of Tax Residence for Microsoft entities is not publicly downloadable for all years and locations. To obtain a Tax Residency Certificate for the Microsoft entity that invoices the account (including for Georgia), an official request must be submitted to Microsoft support/billing so that a billing engineer can review the request and provide the document directly.

Use the appropriate Microsoft 365 admin/support channel for the subscription to open a billing/service request and specify:

• That a Certification of Tax Residence is needed
• The tax year (2026)
• The country/region (Georgia) and the invoicing Microsoft entity shown on the invoice
• The preferred format (PDF via secure channel)

If access to the Microsoft 365 admin center is available, create a billing support request from there. If not, use the general Microsoft Support contact options and request escalation to billing/tax support for tax residency documentation.

Note that community forums and public documentation cannot provide this certificate directly; it is shared only through private/support channels after verification.
