Goodmorning,

I have passed my exam on April 3 2025 (Candidate ID [Moderator note: personal info removed]

) with registration ID ([Moderator note: personal info removed]

) but I can't find it on my learn account ([Moderator note: personal info removed]

)

Do you have any idea how this is possible because communication with VUE took place with this e-mail account.

The most common reasons an earned exam is not visible in a Microsoft Learn profile are:

    1. The certification is associated with a different Learn profile or login account.
    2. The exam was delivered through a provider whose results do not sync to Learn (not the case for standard Pearson VUE Microsoft role-based exams).

Based on the available guidance, take these steps:

    1. Confirm you are using the correct Learn login
      • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) that was used when scheduling the exam with Pearson VUE.
      • If there is any chance another account (work/school or another personal MSA) was used at registration time, sign into Learn with those accounts as well and check each profile.
    2. Check the Certifications and Past exams sections
      • Go to the Learn profile Credentials area and open the Certifications tab.
      • Scroll down to Past exams and look for the MB-800 exam entry. If it appears there, use View details on provider site to confirm the exam record on Pearson VUE’s side.
    3. Check for multiple Learn profiles
      • If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, the exam may be attached to a different profile.
      • Try logging into Learn using any other login accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam (personal Microsoft account, work, or school account).
      • Remember that the email receiving the congratulations message (contact email) is not always the same as the login account.
    4. If the exam still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
      • For missing exams or certifications that do not show in any Learn profile, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review and correct the certification record.
      • Provide them with your Candidate ID, Registration ID, exam name (MB-800), exam date, and the Microsoft account(s) you have used.

If the exam was taken through Certiport instead of standard Pearson VUE delivery, be aware that exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately via the Certiport account.
