Win10 File Explorer doesn't respond to mouse horizontal scrolling

Hi, my mouse has a horizontal scrolling wheel, and it works in every single app (Edge, Word, Excel, Acrobat PDF Reader, etc.) except for File Explorer.

I have tested it on this website, and the mouse events are generated correctly. https://www.scrolltest.net/

Is there some settings of File Explorer that I have missed, or does it not support the horizontal scrolling at all?
