LOST only global admin access to a MS 365 Tenant (due to phone change)

I am the only Global Administrator of a Microsoft 365 tenant (Non Profit).

I lost access to Microsoft Authenticator after changing my phone.

There is no other administrator in the tenant.

I am completely locked out of the admin portal.

I need an MFA reset / admin account recovery.

Please escalate this request to the Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team.

    Hello Arthur,

    Thanks for sharing requested details in Private messages tab.

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
