Cancellation of the AZ-900 exam cannot be performed by others; it must be done directly from the exam/certification account.

Follow these steps to cancel the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and open Certifications
   • Sign in to the Learn profile.
   • From the avatar menu, select Profile.
   • In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
2. Locate the scheduled AZ-900 exam
   • Scroll down to find the AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (Korean) exam appointment for 2026-03-29 08:15 KST.
3. Cancel the exam
   • Next to that exam appointment, select Cancel.
   • The site will redirect to the exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE).
   • Complete the cancellation steps on the Pearson VUE page.

Important policy details:

• Exams must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the full exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited.
• If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before, the entire exam fee is lost.

If cancellation through the profile is not working, use one of these options:

• Cancel or reschedule via the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE support (for technical/scheduling issues).
• For offer-based or free-exam scenarios, cancellation and reschedule rules still apply; missing the appointment without proper cancellation forfeits the free attempt.

Cancellation must be completed by the exam owner; support forums or assistants cannot cancel on behalf of the candidate.
