When I go into CCC One to email something it won't email. I have tried to email a few times today and still can't get anything to send. I called CCC One and they told me to contact you.

Since CCC One relies on your system’s default mail configuration, the first thing to check is whether Outlook (or whichever mail client you use) is set as the default application for email. You can confirm this in Windows Settings under Apps > Default Apps.
Next, please verify that your mail client is working independently. Try sending a test email directly from Outlook or your configured mail program. If that works, then the issue is likely with how CCC One is calling the mail client. In that case, reinstalling or repairing CCC One can sometimes re‑establish the link.
It’s also worth checking whether your antivirus or firewall is blocking CCC One from launching the mail client. Temporarily disabling those protections (just for testing) can help confirm if that’s the cause. If you’re using Outlook, make sure your profile is set up correctly and that you’re signed in with the right account.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend reinstalling CCC One with administrator privileges to ensure all integrations are properly registered. This usually clears up stubborn email integration problems.

CCC One uses the default mail client in Windows to send email. If email is not sending from CCC One, troubleshoot the underlying Outlook/Windows mail configuration, because CCC One itself is just handing the message off.
