    Hi ValueAuto Body,

Since CCC One relies on your system’s default mail configuration, the first thing to check is whether Outlook (or whichever mail client you use) is set as the default application for email. You can confirm this in Windows Settings under Apps > Default Apps.

Next, please verify that your mail client is working independently. Try sending a test email directly from Outlook or your configured mail program. If that works, then the issue is likely with how CCC One is calling the mail client. In that case, reinstalling or repairing CCC One can sometimes re‑establish the link.

It’s also worth checking whether your antivirus or firewall is blocking CCC One from launching the mail client. Temporarily disabling those protections (just for testing) can help confirm if that’s the cause. If you’re using Outlook, make sure your profile is set up correctly and that you’re signed in with the right account.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend reinstalling CCC One with administrator privileges to ensure all integrations are properly registered. This usually clears up stubborn email integration problems.

You can try the above steps and let me know the outcome. If this answer helps clarify the situation, I’d appreciate it if you could click “Accept Answer” so others with the same issue can find the solution.

    Jason.

CCC One uses the default mail client in Windows to send email. If email is not sending from CCC One, troubleshoot the underlying Outlook/Windows mail configuration, because CCC One itself is just handing the message off.

Try these steps on the Windows 365 Business device:

    1. Confirm Outlook works outside CCC One
      • Open Outlook directly.
      • Send a simple test email (no attachments) to an internal address or a personal address.
      • If this fails, fix Outlook first (next steps). If it succeeds, CCC One may not be correctly calling the default mail client and CCC support must assist further.
    2. Check for large attachments
      • If CCC One is generating emails with photos, PDFs, or estimates, the message size may exceed provider limits.
      • In Outlook, open the Outbox and look for stuck messages.
      • Open the oldest stuck message and remove attachments larger than ~20 MB, or replace them with a link.
      • Send again.
      • For more details on size limits and reducing attachment size, see Reduce attachment size to send large files with Outlook and Exchange Online limits.
    3. Verify Outlook profile and repair if needed
    4. Start Outlook in safe mode to rule out add-ins
      • Press the Windows key, type:
        • outlook.exe /safe
      • Press Enter.
      • In this safe mode session, try sending a normal email.
      • If it works in safe mode but not normally, an add-in is likely blocking send; disable nonessential add-ins, then test again.
    5. Check credentials and account settings (especially on Outlook for Mac, if used via Cloud PC)
      • If using Outlook for Mac inside a Windows 365 environment or on a separate Mac:
        • Go to Tools > Accounts.
        • Select the account and verify email address, username, and password.
        • Confirm any required SSL or custom port settings with the email provider.
    6. Check network/firewall and SMTP restrictions
      • If Outlook shows errors like 550/553/relay prohibited when sending, the SMTP server or ISP may be blocking mail or enforcing anti-spoofing rules.
      • Ensure the “From”/reply address domain matches the account’s actual domain and the ISP’s allowed domains.
      • If on Outlook for Mac and sending fails only on certain networks, the ISP or firewall may be blocking the SMTP server; request an alternate SMTP server from the ISP and configure it under Tools > Accounts > Outgoing server.
    7. If Outlook sends fine but CCC One still cannot send
      • Confirm that Outlook (classic, not New Outlook preview) is set as the default mail app in Windows.
      • If classic Outlook is working and set as default, CCC One integration itself may be failing; at that point, provide CCC One support with confirmation that Outlook sends successfully from the same profile and device so they can troubleshoot their integration.
