My Microsoft 365 Family account has not been synched properly for the past year. Now, the account is not working at all. It used to go directly to my account, especially Outlook, One Note, etc. Now it is not synching with my other listed computers. I tried re-installing but nothing works. None of the online suggestions work. Also, I keep seeing messages about Windows 10. While I try to upgrade to Windows 11, the system won't allow.

    Hi,

Are you able to see your Microsoft 365 Family subscription when you sign in at account.microsoft.com?

Sign out of all Office apps, uninstall Microsoft 365 from Settings, then restart your PC. Sign in at account.microsoft.com, go to Services and subscriptions, and select Install Office. Install and open an app, then sign in with the same account to activate and sync. In the app, go to File, Account, and check it shows Microsoft 365 Family under Product Information. For Windows 11, go to Settings, Update and Security, Windows Update, and run Check for updates or PC Health Check to see if your device meets requirements.
