i bought an activation key for office 2024 and every time click download (both 64 and 32-bit) (after clicking redeem) it just says service unavailable

the title pretty much sums it up i also tried just downloading office and entering the code there however it says my product key is only eligible for office 2024 and so far i was unable to find a download link specifically to that version.
