While we confirm the Outlook version, please try accessing your mailbox via Outlook on the web: https://outlook.live.com
If your email works correctly there, it confirms that:
- Your account itself is accessible, and
- The issue is likely limited to the local Outlook app rather than the mailbox.
This is a temporary workaround to avoid missing emails while we troubleshoot further.
