I can't get my new subscription apps to work on my computer. Outlook for sure!

    If you purchased your subscription to Microsoft 365 from Microsoft, follow the instructions from Microsoft to download your software. Once the software has downloaded, open any Microsoft 365 app, like Word, and the software will install all by itself. Once the software has installed, open any app and go to File > Account and sign in to the same Microsoft account that you used to buy the software. Your software is now ready to use.

    If you purchased your software from someone other than Microsoft, follow that vendor's instructions for installing and setting up your software.

    Which platform are you using, Windows or macOS ?

    What have you tried so far ? When you try to install the Office apps, do you get an error code or message that gives you more information about the issue ?

    Try to download the installation package from here : https://account.microsoft.com/services and install it. Does the installation complete ?
