I own the app, and I updated it, but I'm not sure if the update was applied correctly. I'd like to download the app and see what I actually updated, without having to pay to download it from the Microsoft Store.

For an app that is owned in Microsoft Store, it is possible to reinstall or update it without paying again, and then verify what version is currently installed.

1. Open Microsoft Store from Start.
2. Select More info (next to the account picture) > My Library.
3. Find the app in the list:
   • If there is a Download icon, select it to download and install the app again at no extra cost.
   • If it is already installed, open it from here to ensure the Store-managed version is being used.
4. To confirm the update/version:
   • In Microsoft Store, go to Library and select Get updates so the app is updated to the latest Store version.
   • From Library, select the app and scroll to the bottom of its page to see the Installed version information (where available).

This lets the app be redownloaded or updated without repurchasing, and the installed version can be checked to confirm that the latest update is applied.
