Please don't do as the Q&A bot suggests... It permanently replaces the formulas with their computed results. If that's what you actually want to do, OK, but my understanding is that you simply want to have the results displayed instead of the formulas without actually replacing the formulas with their results.

If my understanding is correct just go to the Formulas tab & click the Show Formulas tool to turn off that display option.

To remove formulas from cells and leave only their current values, replace the formulas with their calculated results.

On Excel for Mac, the equivalent steps to “replace formulas with their values” are:

    1. Select the range that contains only formulas.
    2. Copy the selection (Command+C).
    3. Immediately paste as values:
      • On the Home tab, choose Paste → Paste Values (icon showing “123”), or
      • Use the Paste dropdown and choose Values Only.

This permanently removes the functions and leaves the “normal” values in the cells. If done by mistake, use Undo right away to restore the formulas.

If instead the goal is to clear formulas (and values) so the cells are blank again:

    1. Select the cells.
    2. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, use ClearClear Contents (or press Delete). This removes the formulas and any data, leaving empty cells.
