Having issues adding my personal account to Outlook Classic

Keep getting the above message. for the last few days. I have tried adding under advanced options using imap but still the same issue.

      • Create the new profile and set Outlook to prompt for a profile (or select the new one), then start Outlook and add the account in the new profile.  
    • Run troubleshooters for Classic Outlook setup/profile issues
