I am not receiving emails from my website server

I have artspan.com as my website provider and as of mid Feb I have not been able to receive emails from them they can recerive emails from me but I can not get them from their help desk, support desk, newsletters, inquiries from my website a big problem. I have contatacted them it most likely is outlook and hotmail how can this be resolved ASAP I have been using this website for over 15 years and not there is a problem

    The example domain you provided has DKIM configuration issues, hence they are rejected by Microsoft.

    They need to review their SPF record too as it potentially exceeds the hard limit of 10. There is also duplicate netblock authorization for 54.243.190.63/32

    Please let their support know, once corrected, their emails can be accepted typically within 24 - 48 hours.
