(Moderator note: PII removed) user Unable to sign in and security cant open

Question

i just reseted my pin and now it shows this

(i used a windows 10 one for an example)

Signing out and back in doesn't work. Editing the registry doesn't work. Restarting doesn't work.

Only other accounts are usable and now a temp account was created.

Any fix?

Edit: I forgot to mention that im in safe mode (which i now have permanent).

Edit 2: and security doesn't work.

enable autologin feature using registry and you can go to normal mode using using msconfig
