I cannot install Microsoft 365 on my PC with Windows 11 Need assistance please. I spoke to a Microsoft support person the day before yesterday. He uninstalled on all my old versions of word application as well as all others old versions of Excel and Powerpoint, ect... He determined the reason cannot load the 365 application is because I needed to removed 3 Gigabytes of space. I have believe I have completed this and the application is not uploading. Please connect to my PC to help me further trouble shoot. Thanks Scott 952-201-5217

Direct remote connection is not available, but several supported steps can be followed to get Microsoft 365 installed on Windows 11.

    1. Confirm disk space and clean up if needed
    • Ensure there is enough free space on the system drive (typically C:). If space is still low, run Disk Cleanup:
      • Select Start → in Search programs and files, type cleanmgr → press Enter.
      • Let Disk Cleanup scan, then select temporary files, Recycle Bin, and other unneeded items to delete.
      • After cleanup completes, try the installation again.
    1. Re-run the Microsoft 365 installation
    • Open a browser and sign in with the account associated with the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    • From the account page, select Install to download and run the installer again.
    • If the installation was interrupted earlier (for example, by Internet loss), simply re-running the setup after connectivity and space issues are resolved is the recommended approach.
    1. If installation still fails with an error code
    • Restart the PC completely, then try the install again. Restarting is a documented first step for many Office install errors.
    • After restart, sign in again with the Microsoft 365 account and select Install.
    1. If the problem continues
    • Use the general troubleshooting guidance for installing Microsoft 365 or Office, which covers common installation and sign-in issues.
    • If none of the documented steps resolve the issue, contact Microsoft support directly online for interactive assistance.
