Subscription Mis-information!

Back at the beginning of January, I subscribed to Microsoft 365 Basic. After a few weeks, I was having issues with Teams and meetings not showing up in my Outlook calendar. I contacted Microsoft support and after explaining the issue, it was recommended that I update to Microsoft 365 Premium. So I took the recommendation, paid for the upgraded subscription and low and behold, weeks later I'm still having the same issues. When I contacted Microsoft support again today, I was told that I had the wrong version. I should have upgraded to Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

So what I would like to know, can I transfer my Microsoft 365 Premium subscription to the business version without having to pay the $265 to "Get Started." I did that twice before and I now, instead of transferring the money, about a months worth from my initial 365 Basic subscription to my upgraded 365 Premium subscription, so instead of a one year subscription, I have a two year subscription for something that doesn't work for me.

    Hello,

There's a chance you may not need any of these. So, please don't make any purchase yet at the moment, until we can have a clear idea what's going on, what's wrong and what you need for sure.

Tell me, what's the exact Teams issue and the calendar issue.

Yes I need my Teams meetings to show up in both calendars. Ideally I want the Teams add-on in Outlook. That's what I'm most used to. Then I know my meetings will be in both calendars.

Hello. I need to be able to track my Teams meetings more effectively in my Outlook calendar. Currently, and again, based upon recommendations, I can only do that by having two separate apps on my computer: Teams & Outlook. (Transferring Teams meeting information into the Outlook calendar). I'm used to having the Teams app as part of the toolbar up at the top of Outlook. That's what I want and need.
