calendar not complete

When i try to print my calendar, it drops my icloud additions from my iphone?

Hi,

This is because iCloud Calendar is a separate entity. Could you please cross check the following?

1. Go to your Calendar view
2. On the left panel, make sure your iCloud calendar is checked/ticked (it should be visible and highlighted)
3. Then initiate the print.

Outlook can only print items that exist in the calendar being printed. iCloud events that appear on an iPhone but are not actually part of the Outlook.com calendar will not be included when printing from Outlook/Outlook.com.

To have iCloud/iPhone events appear when printing from Outlook, the events must be stored in a calendar that Outlook can access and print:

1. Make sure the iCloud calendar is added as an account in Outlook (or Outlook mobile) so its events sync into an Outlook-visible calendar.
2. When printing, select that specific calendar in the print options. Outlook can only print one calendar at a time.
3. If the iPhone events are only in the device’s local calendar (or only in iCloud and not added to Outlook), move or recreate those events in the Outlook.com calendar or sync the iCloud calendar into Outlook first.

Once the iCloud calendar is actually part of Outlook’s calendar list and selected as the one to print, its appointments should appear on the printed calendar.
