Hi @Edita N,
Office 2019 uses a volume license when it is sold to large organizations through Volume Licensing agreements. This version cannot be activated using a personal Microsoft account, and it does not appear under the normal “My Account” page the way consumer licenses do.
Because of this, if your copy of Office 2019 is a volume license, it must be activated using your organization’s activation method, such as a KMS server or a MAK key. For your reference how to activate Office 2019, kindly follow these following steps: Deploy Office 2019 (for IT Pros) - Office | Microsoft Learn.
To help determine the next step, could you let me know where you originally purchased your Office 2019 license? If it was purchased through an online retailer, there is a possibility that the license may not be a genuine retail product key.
Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my primary goal is to provide helpful guidance and support through general troubleshooting steps. While I don’t have access to internal systems or test devices required to resolve backend/account issues, I truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations.
I hope you find this information helpful. If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
