How to get Quick Assist help

I have been fiddling around for ages now trying to get my photos from wherever the hell they are. I finally got a long bot answer that will take me a whole lot more time to figure out. Can I get Quick Assist help for this? I need to access, name, and save photos. It used to be a simple task but now it's a nightmare!

    Are you images not stored in the Pictures folder? That's where they should be. Is there anything in that folder?
