I understand you’re unable to send, receive, or open/view email in Outlook on your iPad, and you’re also asking if there’s a Microsoft app (like Defender) to scan for threats. Please kindly confirm:
- Is your account Outlook.com personal (@outlook.com/@hotmail.com/@live.com) or a work/school email domain?
- In Outlook on iPad, do you see any error text (even a short code), or is it just stuck loading / blank when opening messages?
- Is the issue only in Outlook iOS, or does it happen on other devices too?
