Hello, around a month ago, my microsoft account was hacked and the hacker had changed the recovery email (as well as the password) and it was the only option for signing in. Literally a day after, I submitted an ACSR form, including all the details of the account, i even included verification for the minecraft account i purchased on this microsoft account. I sent in 2 when I found out, and 2 the day after as well as 2 a week after. After all of these submissions, there was absolutely no reponse on my email and I have triple checked everything. I want to use the minecraft account i bought using this microsoft account, but I havent been able to for ONE MONTH because no one has responded. I do not know where to go from here, can I please have assistance in any form? Thanks

Additionally, I looked at other people with the same problem and I want to say I do not think I had 2fa on and that I provided all the correct required details from the minecraft purchase. Also, should'nt you be able to recover a microsoft account just from the gmail itself? Doesnt really make sense that you cant.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Minecraft Support regarding your Minecraft account if they can provide an alternative option:

    https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
