How to find the recovery key and drive c bitlocker key

Question

we having an issue where user forgotten the Microsoft account email and password then unable to retrieve the recovery key due to that the drive c were locked.

Need your assist to retrieve the password and unlocked drive C.

Please ask them to check whether they have used that email address to send messages to any of their friends, neighbors, or colleagues. If they have, they can ask those contacts to retrieve and share the full email address.

If not, they can try to locate the partial email address using their security contact phone number or email address.

Forgotten your Microsoft account username

If the email address is found, they can easily reset the account password and view the BitLocker Recovery Key.

If you are unable to recover the account and locate the BitLocker Recovery key,

You will need to create a Windows 11 bootable USB installation media drive and use it to completely reinstall Windows.
