I am able to access a particular site OK, but the live streaming will not load. I can see the loading wheel rotating in the background, but no picture or sound. I can access the site quite OK using Google Chrome on my Samsung phone and tablet.

How can I restore this site to live streaming on MS Edge?

    Hello,

Does the issue happen on one specific website only?

Try clearing the site data and resetting permissions in Edge. Open Edge, go to Settings, then Privacy, search, and services, select Clear browsing data, choose Cached images and files and Cookies, then clear. Next, go to Settings, Cookies and site permissions, select the affected site under All sites, and clear data and reset permissions. Also check Settings, System and performance, turn off Use hardware acceleration, then restart Edge. Finally, update Edge by going to Settings, About to install any pending updates.
