Sorry, but phone support from Microsoft is very limited if you are a consumer (home user). There is a chat which is available via https://support.microsoft.com/services.

However, if you provided some details on the symptoms you see, maybe your peers here in Q&A would be able to assist. See Dave's reply.

Please provide full details on this problem you are experiencing with Office.

Are the Office apps not opening correctly, and if so, is there any error message when you open the Office apps, if so, please provide a screenshot of the error.

Or if you have a subscription based Microsoft 365 version of Office, is it indicated there is a problem with your subscription.
