Hello, I am from Vietnam and I cannot redeem my Microsoft Rewards points because the system says my phone number is not supported. My phone number is valid (+84), but I cannot receive verification. Please help me verify my account or provide an alternative way to redeem rewards. Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem in Microsoft Rewards without a phone number for verification.

1. Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
2. Clear the cache of your Bing app/browser.
3. Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
