how to recover my outlook from hacker ?

My hotmail got hacked by someone and shown others country language that i don't understand. How can i recover my email originally ?

Hi Sam,

The hackers probably added your account to some organisation whose default language is something else. Have you logged in to the account in Teams?

If so go to Settings > Accounts and Orgs. Are you able to Leave from there?
