Locked out of personal Azure Account - MFA

I've suddenly gotten locked out of my personal Azure portal (azure.microsoft.com) - I lost my previous phone, which had the MFA in Microsoft Authenticator, and it seems the connection there is gone.

Microsoft support sends me to a business support link that, when I select my issue, just sends me to the sign-in prompt... that I can't sign into.

This account has a backup solution running, for which I am paying every month.

I can access and use non-azure related (like outlook) using that account. This uses another MFA.
