To help narrow down the issue:
- Have you checked https://account.microsoft.com/services on all Microsoft accounts you might have?
- Do you possibly have another email (old, work, or family account) linked to the subscription?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already:
Sometimes the subscription is tied to a different Microsoft account, which is why it doesn’t show on the one you’re checking.
Also try this:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- Sign in with any other Microsoft accounts you may have
- Check if the subscription appears there.
Then sign out and try any other email accounts you may have used before (old email, work/school, family member account)
Important: OneDrive storage is usually part of Microsoft 365. It may not show as “OneDrive” but as a Microsoft 365 subscription.
